TW Cable Untangled: How to Use Social Media to... →
I have experience using twitter to correct a major customer service issue I had been having with Time Warner Cable. They were very quick to respond to me and help me solve the problem. I’ve also used social media in similar ways with two other companies. If twitter is great for certain things, this is definitely one of them.

Conan O’Brien will break his post-NBC silence Sunday night when he gives his first interview about his departure from “The Tonight Show” to CBS’s “60 Minutes.”
In the deal he signed that settled his contract with NBC, Mr. O’Brien agreed not to have any interviews in print or on broadcast until after May 1.
